Sandra "Sandy" Kay Apple, age 51 of Dover, passed away, Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock. She was born May 11, 1972 in Harrison, Arkansas to the late Wilburn Jessie Campbell and Rita Mary Helen Brown Campbell. She loved to fish, camp and just being outdoors. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Apple of Dover; four children, Ashley Campbell (Jared Guinnip) of Dover, Audre Apple of Arizona, Britney Apple (Blake Boerner) of Russellville, Brandon Apple of Dover; one brother, Johnny Campbell of Russellville; three sisters, Rita Campbell Knight (Philip) of Harrison, Alice Allen (Steven) of Russellville, Nora Warnick (Kevin) of Dover and one grandson, Bradley Boerner of Russellville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Monday, July 24, 2023 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Monday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Apple, Ethan Apple, Tommy Apple, Jamey Gadberry, Scott Little and Garrett Warnick.

Honorary Pallbearers will be JJ Johnson, Tommy Walker and Henri Keener.
