Shannon Edward Laymon age 49 of Russellville, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Baptist Health Medical Center. He was born July 13, 1970 at Russellville, Arkansas to Frank Laymon and Wilma Branch Laymon. He loved to hunt, fish and go camping. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Laymon; his sister, Tammy Seward; grandparents, Buster Branch, Mattie Standridge, H.R. Strawberry Laymon and Dorthy Laymon; cousin, Mark Laymon and nephew, Axton Hunnicutt.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Rebecca Laymon; his mother, Wilma Branch Laymon; two children, Clayton Laymon, Kristopher Keith (Hannah); one brother, Rodney Laymon; two sisters, Shelley Hunnicutt, Jamie Fisher; one grandchild, Maddyn Keith; aunt, Jean Parker; nephew, Matt Laymon; niece, Angela Tarvin; cousin, Tanya Lay and one great niece, Ryvenna Laymon.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the Pottsville First Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Huffman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornwell Funeral Home, 207 Quay Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834 to offset cremation cost.
