Shelby Dewayne Minnie age 41 of Ola died Monday, March 6, 2017 at St.

Vincent Health Systems in Little Rock. He was born May 5, 1975 at

Danville to the late Orville Jackson and Betty Louise Looper Minnie. He

was a member of the Mt. George Church of Christ, he loved sports,

especially the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Arkansas Travelers. He was

preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jesse and Frank Minnie

and his father in-law Teddy Gooch.

Survivors include his wife, Christie Minnie of Ola; two sisters, Shelia

Cole and husband Ron of Tulsa, Kim Harris and husband Tim of

Russellville; one brother, David Minnie and wife Lindy of Dardanelle and

numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, March 9, 2017 at

the Mt. George Church of Christ. Visitation will be held Wednesday,

6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Dacus Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Clay Harris, Lewis Minnie, Jack Minnie, James

O'Gynn, Chris Smith, Jeremy Tafolla.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tim Harris.
