Shirley Faye Vaughn, age 81 of Dardanelle, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024 at Conway Regional Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1942 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Joe Pfeifer and Tillie Sevic Pfeifer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Lawrence Allin Vaughn, Jr.; grandson, Stephen Vaughn; brother, Larry Pfeifer and three sisters, Janet Rollans, Mary Ann Rollans and Mayrue Pfeifer.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Lawrence Allin Vaughn Sr.; son, Joel Vaughn (Betsy); daughter, Sherry Vaughn Wise (Rickey); grandchildren, Alec Pearson, Christopher Vaughn (Chelsey), Hayden Vaughn (Brittney), Piper Thornell (Liam), Bailey Hambuchen (Josh), Chelsea McNeely (Mike), Mike Crossno (Nancy), Debbie Wise (DeWayne) and fifteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, May 10, 2024 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Ira Taylor officiating and Bro. Bobby Loyd and Hayden Vaughn speaking. Visitation will be held Thursday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be private.

Pallbearers will be Alec Pearson, Christopher Vaughn, Hayden Vaughn, Jason Fleming, Josh Hambuchen and Liam Thornell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church or the Young at Heart.
