Stephen Bell, 74, of Dover passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at the Perry County Nursing and Rehab Center. Stephen attended the Booger Hollow Tabernacle and loved to play the drums.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William "Bill" Bell. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mrs. Juanita Sherrod Bell; daughters Jeanne Marie Swearington and Rosie Tucker Bradley; brother Lewis Bell, and numerous grandchildren.
