It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen William Jackson, who passed into eternity on July 26, 2025, at the age of 80. Stephen was born on April 11, 1945 in Marked Tree, Arkansas, to Fred and Francis Jackson.

Stephen was a dedicated husband to Lorene, his loving wife of 56 years, and a devoted father to his children. He was a proud grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

As a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army, Stephen served his country with honor and integrity. He was a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. After his military career, he became a successful business owner of Jackson's Sandblasting and Painting for over 40 years. He was a man of Integrity, kindness and generosity, and he left a lasting impression on everyone that knew him.

He was preceded to heaven by his mother Francis Rollins, father Alfred Rollins, daughter Tina Ann Mediano and his beloved grandmother Sara Rotella Toney.

He is survived by his wife Elsa Lorene Jackson of Pottsville, Arkansas; their children: Cindy Standridge Jackson and husband Anthony of Centerville, Sandra Highfill of Plainview and her husband Jeff, Louis Mediano Jackson of Russellville and his wife Karen, Nina Cluck Jackson of Clarksville and her husband Chris, Darlene Scoggins of Pottsville and her husband Steve, Francis Jordan of Pottsville and her husband Gary; sisters Judy Carter, Julia Rollins; brothers George Rollins and Timothy Rollins.

Visitation will be held 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M., Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 10:00A.M., at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Mediano, Devin Highfill, Adam Ham, Seth Dronet, Tina Mediano, Dallas Jordan and Kris Jordan.
