Steve Billingsley, age 81 of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at his home in Memphis.  He was born January 31, 1942 in Bluffton, Arkansas to the late Joseph and Mable Johnson Billingsley.  Steve retired after 32 years as district manager for Morrison's Cafeteria.  After high school he attended Arkansas Tech where he joined the Rifle Team in the ROTC program which he was very proud of.  Steve was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Kenneth "Keith" Billingsley, Steven Joe Billingsley; three brothers, Donald "Don" Joe Billingsley, Kenneth Ray Billingsley and David Billingsley.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Chrisp Billingsley of Memphis, Tennessee; one daughter, Christena Wade of Springhill, Tennessee; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 2:00P.M. at the Mulberry Freewill Baptist Church in Gravelly. Burial will be in Point Lookout Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Monday, February 27, 2023 from 5:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.
