Steven Joe Billingsley age 60 of Memphis, TN. passed away February 14, 2023.

Steven was born November 18, 1962 in Jackson, Mississippi to Steve & Lois Billingsley. He was of the Baptist faith, and a U.S. Navy Veteran of Desert Storm and served on the USS Theodore Roosevelt Nuclear Aircraft Carrier. He was an avid reader of all books.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth "Keith" Billingsley.

Survivors include his parents, Steve and Lois Billingsley of Memphis, TN.; daughter, Sierra Billingsley French (Jackson) of Louisville, KY.; sister, Christen Wade of Springhill, TN.; five nieces and three nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Gravelly Mulberry Freewill Baptist Church. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday, February 19, at Danville Cornwell Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Point Lookout Cemetery.
