Steven Plummer, age 61 of Hector, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Brookridge Cove Rehab in Morrilton. He was born June 21, 1961 to Kenneth Plummer and Virginia Williams. He was a loving father, and he lived by faith and will be missed dearly. He loved swimming, hiking and animals. Steven was preceded in death by his aunt and uncle, Charles and Billie Hightower.

Survivors include his parents, Kenneth Plummer and Virginia Hayhurst; wife, Loretta Plummer; two sons, Kenneth Plummer, Charles Plummer; one daughter, Sonya Smith; brothers, Keith Plummer, Dewayne Plummer; sister, Billie Ruth Williams and eight grandchildren.
