Terry Edward Parker age 66 of New Blaine, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020. He was born September 22, 1953 at Russellville, Arkansas. He attended the Delaware Assembly of God Church. He was a retired Ironworker, a member of the American Quarter Horse Association, Arkansas Cattleman's Association and Air National Guard. His true passion was horses. He was an avid horseman who trained and enjoyed horses daily. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sebern and Bertha Parker and Wilma Parker.

Survivors include his son, Colter Parker, Connie Parker; Sandie Peters (Steve), Juana Mitchell (Tim); Ed Alexander, Donna Curtis, Roger Alexander, Gary Rhinehart, Mary Lynn Turner and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30P.M., Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Charles Kendrick officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the Chapel. Burial will be private in Garrison Cemetery.
