Thelma Jean Arthur age 69 of Belleville passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born December 24, 1944 in Coalinga, CA. to the late Allen J, & Esther McGrath Brown. Preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her children, Terry & Debbie Gregory of Steamboat Springs, Co; Tammy & Jeff Braden of Belleville; sisters, Sandra Riley of Jacksonville, FL; Joyce Kavian of Huntington, AR; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
