Thelma Geraldine Nelms Berry age 87 of Belleville passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at Mitchell's Nursing Home. She was born October 4, 1924 in Waveland to the late Orvil & Carmen Shott Nelms. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Berry; parents; brothers Odell, Dow and Doyle Nelms; sister Sue Smith. Survivors include son Dwayne Berry of Quinlan, TX; daughter & son-law Diann Pyle & Robert Grimes of Dallas; sister Jean Miller of Belleville; brother Cleatus Nelms of Havana; 4 grandchildren and 7great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2011 at Shott Cemetery in Waveland with Bro. Jeff Smith officiating .
