Todd Phayboun passed away on March 19, 2023 at Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was 60 years old. Todd leaves behind his wife, Viengkham Phayboun, son, Thomas Phayboun, and daughter, Tiffany Phayboun.

Todd was born on January 5, 1963 in Ban Nong Nieng, Saysetha, Vientiane Laos. He was the son of the deceased Khamsouk Phayboun and Oune Vongphakdy. He had four deceased relatives: Keo Phayboun, Thick Phayboun, and Ting Phayboun, Thay Phayboun. He had seven living relatives: Khammay Vongphakdy, Khao Vongphakdy, Pakhong Phouthavong, Kongmany Phayboun, Att Phayboun, Songkham Phayboun, and Phai Phayboun.

He arrived in the United States in 1979 and married Viengkham Xayaveth-Phayboun in 1993.

Through this marriage he leaves behind three sister-in-laws: Amphone Noyvilay, Elizabeth Duran, and Samneing Hernandez. He also leaves behind five brother-in-laws: Bo Noyvilay, Jesus Duran, Phouphieng "Jim" Xayaveth, Reyes Hernandez, Matthew Xayaveth, and Sounthala "Sent" Xayaveth. Todd also leaves his two nieces, Erica Iraheta and Sarah Iraheta.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, March 31, at the Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.
