Tracy Leann Lacy age 45 of Fort Smith passed away Monday, May 14, 2018.

She was born June 13, 1972 in Danville, AR. to the late Charles & Ella Mae Bloxham Lacy. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Christy Rose.

Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Metcalf of Plainview; siblings, Nellie Farris of Batesville; Frankie McConnell of Plainview; David Lacy of Fort Smith; Shannon Lacy of Wister, OK; Carrie Lacy of Ola; grandchildren, Caden Metcalf and Joshlyn Metcalf.
