Travis Leroy King, age 83 of Pottsville died Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Cornerstone Critical Care Unit in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born March 2, 1937 near Chickalah, Yell County, Arkansas to Eldon Leroy King and Clara Edith (Dodson) King.

He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and Radio Controlled Aircraft and Drone Pilot. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers-in-law, Robert Tramel, Herbert Collins and a granddaughter, Angel Bell.

Family survivors include his wife of 62 years, Jennifer Anne (Bennett) King of Pottsville, Arkansas; three sons, Roy and Beth King of Sterling, Colorado, James King and Michelle Puente of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Steven and Tonya King of Cheyenne, Wyoming and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving siblings and spouses include: Virginia Tramel and Kirby Hemmer of Russellville, Arkansas, James and Judy King of Vilonia, Arkansas, Philip and Mary King of Romance, Arkansas, Wanda Collins of Little Rock, Arkansas, Donna and George Woolf of Pottsville, Arkansas and numerous nephews and nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, October 2, 2020 at  Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
