Treva Middleton Treva Yvonne Middleton age 76 of Dardanelle died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born October 17, 1935 at Stratford, Oklahoma to the late RH and Dollie Gillihan Matlock. She was a Christian and she always believed in God, family and country. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ruben Matlock Jr. Survivors include her husband, DC Middleton of Dardanelle; her son, Darrel Middleton and wife Marjean of Dardanelle; three daughters, Pat Davis and husband Ron of Russellville, Carol Elliott and husband Lewis of Canyon Lake, TX, Debra Hays and husband Robert of Globe, AZ; brother, James Matlock of Floral, AR; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with John Holbrook officiating. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel. Pallbearers: Lew Elliott, Ron Davis, D.J.
