Valva Ladene Trusty age 87 of Russellville died Monday, May 1, 2017 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle. She was born June 3, 1929 at Paris, Arkansas to the late Glynn Byron and Freeda Beatrice Thomas Trusty. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Glynn Trusty, Ray Trusty and Thomas Trusty.

Survivors include one brother, Alvin Trusty and wife Jane of Fort Smith; two sisters, Lila Whitecotton of Dardanelle, Ruth Steffy and husband Marlon of Russellville; several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Midway Assembly of God Church with Dr. Todd Steffy and Bro. Ron Trusty officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Ellsworth Cemetery in Midway.
