Vergie Holt age 81 of Belleville passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at Arkansas Heart Hospital.

She was born December 6, 1929 in Waldron, AR. to the late Riley H. & Eva Starr Vaughn. She was a retired C.N.A. from Mitchells Nursing Home and a member of the Egypt Freewill Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Nolas Hunt & Byron Holt; brothers Ed & Otis Vaughn; sister Geneva Yandell.

Survivors include son & daughter-in-law, Delbert & Gail Hunt of Abbott; daughters & sons-in-law, Marilyn & Opal Horn of Danville; Mary Ann & Ray Sims of Searcy; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephew and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Egypt Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Denver Robinson, Bro. Jack West, Rev. Rickey Hunt officiating. Burial will be at Hunt Cemetery in Tate Town.

Pallbearers include Timothy Hunt, Steven Hunt, Wesley Horn, Landry Hunt, Logan Hunt and Melvin Yandell.

Honorary pallbearers include Michael Hunt, Wesley Hunt, Robert Sims, Caleb Norris and Mark Green.
