Vicki Elmore Hall was born March 8, 1963 to the late Gearld and Margaret Elmore in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She passed on May 20, 2026. She attended Mansfield Public Schools in Manfield, Arkansas and graduated in 1981. Vicki went on to pursue her dream of education, graduating from Westark in 1983, Arkansas Tech University in 1985, and continued her education career at the University of Arkansas completing her Master's of Education in 1993 and Doctor of Education in 2008.

Vicki is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Liniel Hall, her daughter, Keesha Hamilton (Josh), grandson, Timothy, brothers, Michael Elmore (Ann), and Darrell Elmore, nieces and nephews, Josh Elmore (Amy), Jonathan Elmore, Alexis (Jure), Samantha VanCleave (Emrys), and too many great nieces and nephews to list.

Vicki loved the Lord and showed that love to everyone she knew. She was a member at First Baptist Church in Dardanelle where she played the piano part time, taught the Deborah Class, and crocheted prayer shawls with her friends on Tuesday's.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 25, 2026, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M., at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Tuesday at Dardanelle First Baptist Church with Bro. Joe Hayden Hall and Bro. Gene Tanner officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dardanelle.
