Victor "Peggy" Manuel Garcia age 52 passed away November 11,2019 in Russellville, Arkansas. He was born April 13,1967 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico to his parents Pedro Garcia and Esperanza Garcia. He was preceded in death by his parents, two uncles Jose Garcia and Roberto Garcia and his grandparents, Roberto Garcia and Reyna Avalos Garcia.

Victor was strong willed and a charmer. He also loved to hunt and fish. Most of all he loved his daughter, granddaughter, and his family.

He is survived by the mother of his three children Yesli Garcia. Two sons, Angel Garcia (Leigh), Victor Alan Garcia and his daughter Ashley Garcia. One brother, Ramon Garcia (Elsa) and two sisters Veronica Barrera (Juan) and Enriqueta Garcia and one granddaughter, Amelia Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00P.M., Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the ICR, House of Restoration Church, 1109 North 3 ^rd Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
