Violet Ruth Bledsaw age 77 of Lamar passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at her home in Lamar.

Violet was born December 28, 1946 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Roger & Ruth Blankenship Partin.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Swanlund.

Survivors include her husband, Everett W. Bledsaw; grandchildren, Adam Decker of Little Rock; Tyler Swanlund of Ozone; Sara & Russell Smith of El Dorado, Kansas; brother, Lee Partin of Russellville; sister, Betty Askew of Little Rock; several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be at Rock Creek Cemetery in Waveland.

In order to honor Violet's wishes no service will be planned.
