Wanda Mae Hixon age 69 of Danville passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Mercy Medical in Fort Smith. She was born August 24, 1946 in Ralls, Texas to the late Henry Russell & Ida Mae Nelson Roberts. She was a nurses aide. She was preceded in death by her husband, R.A. Hixon; her brothers, Olin Roberts and Jim Roberts; and her sister, Clarice Berkeley. Survivors include her sister, Betty Jones of Rover; her brother, Andrew Thompson of Fresno, CA.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Danville Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. before the service at the chapel.
