Wanda Jane Hughes age 55 of Dover, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2021 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born February 7, 1966 in Harrison, Arkansas to Leamon Williams and Lilly Jane Reddell Williams. She loved her God and her family and friends. And she especially loved to fish and sing karaoke. She was associated with the VFW, where she volunteered her time to Veterans and she loved to sing with the Williams Family Bluegrass Gospel Band. Wanda was preceded in death by her mother, Lilly Jane Williams; her grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Tommy A. Hughes; her father, Leamon Williams and her beloved Bo-ma, Dia McVey; three children, Mikayla Jane Smith (Brandon), Rachel Rennae Smith, Douglas Smith (Emily Roberts-Smith); one sister, Connie Byrum; one brother, Steven Williams Sr.; one grandson, Justin West; various nieces, nephews and other family members and her beloved sister cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Pleasant Grove Community Church with Bill Hampton, Bill LaRue and Mack Reddell officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00P.M., Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the Rogers-Rye VFW Post 2283, 4162 North Arkansas Avenue, Russellville, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Steven Williams Sr., Steve Williams Jr., Tyler Byrum, David Hughes, Jim Reeves, James Reddell and Weston Hughes.

Honorary Pallbearers will be J.D. Hughes, AM Armstrong, John Renard, Dennis Duryea, David Cone, Bill McCord, Gerald Head, Cruse St. Clair and Dewayne Robinson.
