Warren Glen Smallfield age 86 of Russellville died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Saint Marys Regional Medical Center. He was born October 10, 1924 at Independence, Missouri to the late Alfred and Louise Piper Smallfield. He was of the Christian Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Katherine Smallfield.

Survivors include one son, Stan Smallfield of Russellville; one daughter, Vikki Baldassari of Parthenon; six grandchildren, Chanda, Sarah, Chester, Arianne, Lief , Meara and six great grandchildren.

A private burial will be held at Pleasant Grove Piney Cemetery in Jefferson City, Tennessee.
