Wayne Hunnicutt, 85 of Harvey, Arkansas passed away at his home from complications of lymphoma on September 11, 2012. He was born on May 9, 1927 in Gravelly, Arkansas to parents Will and Maude Smith Hunnicutt. He had 13 brothers and sisters, all have preceded him in death. He was married to Alma Sue Wagner for 25 years. He is survived by three children from his first marriage: Waymon Hunnicutt (spouse Dianne) from Overland Park, Ks. Floyd Ray Hunnicutt (Betty Glover) from Choctaw, Oklahoma, and Cynthia Pilgrim (spouse Darin) from Lone Jack, Missouri. He also had 5 grandchildren, Aimee House, Travis Hunnicutt , Matthew Hunnicutt, Lucas Pilgrim and Jessica Pilgrim. Great grandchildren are Cole House, Harrrison Hunnicutt, Kinsey Hunnicutt, Savannah House, and Madison Hunnicutt. He was then married to Rosetta Marker on November 28, 1997. His step-children are Margaret Threadgill, Gail Undernehr, Junior Marker and Debbie Sehorn. He was retired from General Motors, Delco Battery Division in Olathe, Kansas. He enjoyed music, gardening, singing and playing the guitar. He was a leader and very active in the Nola Church of Christ in Nola, Arkansas. He enjoyed the outdoors and had a beautiful garden and yard. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15 at 11:30 at the Nola Church of Christ, Nola, Arkansas.
