Wayne Scott Travis Wayne Scott age 89 of Ola died Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. He was born January 6, 1924 at Ola to the late James Roy and Estelle Doris Hayes Scott. He was a member of the Ola Assembly of God Church, VFW Post 222 of Ola, VFW Post 8525 of Plainview and a Navy Veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Sloan Tedford Scott; Stepson, Jimmy Tomlin and wife Sharia of Dardanelle; stepdaughter, Cheryl Bradshaw and husband Pete of Ola; two brothers, James Carl Scott of Dardanelle, Charles Hayes Scott of Plainview. Graveside services will be held a 11:00A.M., Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Dacus Cemetery in Dardanelle. Arrangements Are By Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
