William D. (Bill) Clark passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 13, 2017. He was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Lincoln High School. He served in Vietnam from 1970-1972 with the 162nd AHC. He met the love of his life, Lisa, on January 2, 1988. They were married on January 2, 1990. He retired from the United States Post Office after 32 years and moved to Arkansas in 2004.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence William (Bill) Clark; mother, Sheran Jeanne Stinnett; stepfather, Gene Stinnett; brother, Thomas Blair Clark and his sister, Victoria Jeanne Clark.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Lisa Tetz Clark; daughter, Bridget Murray; grandson, Kaiden Murray; brothers and sisters, Sheran Harper, Randy (Jan) Clark, Scott Stinnett, Barry Clark, Debi (Dorman) Groat, Mark Stinnett, Cathy Yokley and many nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles and cousins. He had a true love of animals, was head dog walker and is survived by his beloved pets.
