William 'Frankie' Foster, age 59 of Ola, passed away Monday, December 19, 2022 at CHI St. Vincent in Morrilton. He was born October 26, 1963 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Harold Foster. He was a member of the Arkansas Valley Horse Show Association. He loved training and riding horses and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents that raised him, Elbert and Hazel Foster; his father, Harold Foster and brothers, Ronnie Foster and Harold Foster Jr.

Survivors include his sister, Connie Partin of Russellville.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday at the Dardanelle First Assembly of God Church. Visitation will held Thursday, 9:00A.M. to 10:00A.M. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Petillo Hill Cemeter.

Pallbearers will be Dee Sapp, Larry Brazil, Shannon McIntyre, Mike Lancaster, Wesley Reynolds and Keith Stokes.
