William Eugene Howell age 59 of Cleveland, died Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at his home. He was born February 21, 1960 at Little Rock to Jackie Howell and Patricia Henley. He was a truck driver, and a stone mason. He loved hunting, fishing and playing guitar. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Howell and three brothers, Forest Howell, Phillip Wedge and Ronnie Henley.

Survivors include his dad and stepmother, Jackie Howell (Betty) of Solgohachia; two children, William Howell Jr. (Samantha) of Lanty, Jason Howell (Krystal) of Belton, TX; siblings, Margaret Sutterfield (Allen) of Marshall, Marilyn Henley of Morrilton, Kathy Presley of Clinton, Randy Howell (Rhonda) of McRae, William S. Howell (Angela) of Plumerville, Wesley Howell (Janie) of Solgohachia, David Howell (Renee) of Conway, Joy Howell Rickett of Morrilton, Boyd Wedge (Julie) of El Paso, Nathan Wedge of Malvern; five grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00.P.M., Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Temple of Worship Church, 87 Decker Drive, Morrilton, Arkansas.
