William Robert Mitchell born January 1, 1979 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, He left this world on August 12, 2021 after battling Covid. Robert was home alone when the Lord called him home.

He is preceded in death by his father William Dempster Mitchell Jr.; paternal grandmother, Willa Farrow and maternal grandparents, Bobby & Shirley Ridenour; uncle, Charlie Farrow and aunt, Kathy Evans.

He is survived by his mother, Shelba Mitchell; sisters, Janice Mitchell Ham and Marisa Mitchell. Robert had 3 nephews, Brandon Mitchell, Joshua Pickens and Wyatt Pickens; niece Kimberea Pickens; aunts, Willa Adair, Sherry Boursh, Carla Ridenour, Debbie Bolson; paternal great aunt Rebecca Duncan. Robert had numerous cousins ranging in age 5 young to 70.

Robert worked as a feed truck driver for Wayne Farms/ JB Hunt, for most of his adult life. He had friends that loved him like a brother. He was hard working, committed and a honest person. He loved his mother and his precious dog, Lady.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Upper Spring Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Saturday, August 14, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Upper Spring Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Rodney Wade, Brandon Mitchell, Zack Warren, Lester Hill, Rocky Thomas, Ricky Adair Jr., Allen Farrow and Wyatt Pickens.

Honorary pallbearers include Troy Reed, James Ward and Ron Jackson.
