Willie Barefield

Willie Earnestine Fisher Barefield age 89 of Atkins died Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Saint Mary's Regional Hospital in Russellville. She was born May 27, 1927 at Pottsville, Arkansas to the late Tommy and Laura Branscum Fisher. She was a member of the South New Hope Assembly of God Church. Willie loved to cook, clean house and taking care of her family easpecially her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Robert Junior Barefield; one grandson, Anthony Barefield; two brothers, Harold Fisher and her twin William Earnest Fisher; one sister, Emma Marie Hutson.

Survivors include five children, Jimmy Barefield (Sylvia) of Washington State, Sherry Johns (Bruce) of Pottsville, Mickey Barefield (Carolyn) of Ola, Sheila Bevill (James Sr.) and Cindy Shelton of Atkins; eleven grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; special friend, Becky Whorton.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Hank Duvall officiating. Burial will be private in Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville.
