Willie Mitchell Tharp age 83 of Belleville passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville.

Mitchell was born December 4, 1938 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Alva & Inez Mitchell Tharp. He was a retired USDA Inspector at Wayne Farms.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Harold and LeeRoy Tharp.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years Lynda Swilling Tharp; daughter & son-in-law, Tammy & Ben Rose of Fayetteville; brother &sister-in-law, Monty & Brinda Swilling of Havana; grandchildren, Corinna Rose of Denton, TX.; Cameron Rose of London, England; and Mariah Rose of Rogers.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Monday, November 7, 2022 at the Havana Cemetery with Bro. Mark Lane officiating.
