Winona Faye Talley age 86 of Russellville passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born October 30, 1934 in Harkey Valley, Arkansas to the late Frank Kester and Ola Mae Rheuark Kester. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Diane Mitchell; two grandsons, Randy Reed, Levon Talley and two sisters, Mary Oglesby and Kat Williams.

Survivors include two children, Debbie Moore of Scott, Arkansas, Lynn Talley of Russellville; one brother, Freeman L. Kester, a Vietnam Veteran, of  Casagrande, Arizona; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
