Yao Khoung Vongphakdy age 58 of Belleville passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

Yao was born June 3, 1967 in Vientiane, Laos to the late Pang & Mouang Vongphakdy. He was a construction worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his companion, Phet Keohavong; sons, Henry Vongphakdy and Timothy Phommarath; four sisters in Laos; one grandson and two granddaughters, Aiden, Alexia, and Valerie; close family members, Robert Fultz, Souk Fultz, Molly Vilavanh, Jasmine Vasquez, Lucy Keohavong

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the Dardanelle Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel.
